You have 14 days to request a return from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process

Start your return by contacting us at info@trendhivex.com. We will provide you with the instructions and the return address for our warehouse. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

14-Day Return Policy in the European Union

If your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right under EU law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
